Started as a list, FORTUNE MPW has evolved into the world’s most extraordinary leadership community, convening the preeminent women in business—along with select leaders in government, philanthropy, education and the arts—for wide-ranging conversations that inspire and deliver practical advice.
This year’s Summit will explore this new era for both business and leaders. We’ll dive into how recent crises (pandemic, geopolitical tensions, climate change, supply chain woes, etc.) have forced us to reassess our priorities and values, both personally and professionally—and the opportunity and empowerment that comes with that reevaluation. We also make sure you will have plenty of time to network with your fellow MPW, including at our special Chef Dinner.
We want to strike a collaborative tone and recognize there is tremendous power, opportunity and innovation that comes with rethinking old ways and pushing for change, as long we pull others up along with us. And we will address some of the more recent difficult and controversial issues head-on, from regulatory crackdown to restrictions on reproductive health—how are leaders responding, and what can we learn from each other?
Fortune is committed to a safe environment at our live conferences and events. We are closely monitoring guidance issued by the CDC and all local and state authorities, and working with our partner, International SOS, regarding specific precautions and requirements. To participate in Fortune live conferences and events, all attendees, speakers, and other participants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (meaning they have received all doses in the primary series). Digital proof of vaccination status and a negative result from a rapid (antigen) or a PCR test administered at an outside facility or point of care within 72 hours of arriving at conference registration will be required. At-home tests will not be accepted. Accommodations will be made for attendees in accordance with the law.

- Change – It’s happening faster than ever. How do we react quickly, and make sure our orgs and teams are on board with these shifts?
- Collaboration – How do we work cross-industry to come up with new solutions and new business opportunities?
- Community – As we rise above, how do we make sure we are pulling others up with us? How do we account for and factor in all stakeholders and make sure we are taking care of all employees?

Participation in the Most Powerful Women Community is by invitation only, and subject to approval. Registration is non-transferable. The membership fee of $13,500 includes full participation in the 2022 MPW Summit, plus virtual conversations, and an exciting range of additional MPW events.
The membership fee is due within 15 days of acceptance or membership may be cancelled. No member benefits will be issued if the membership fee has not been received.
