The Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit is an extraordinary opportunity to spend three days with the most prominent women leaders in business, philanthropy, government, education, and the arts. Our community is about so much more than networking. Through the Summit, we've created various programs to help women deploy power wisely. The Fortune/U.S. State Department Global Mentoring Partnership brings rising-star women from developing countries to the U.S. each year to shadow top women executives. Through the Exxon Mobil National Math and Science Initiative, Summit participants mentor college majors in math and science. Fortune Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs honors ten of America's most innovative entrepreneurs and brings them to the Summit. And at this year's Summit we'll host "Minute Mentoring"—speed dating applied to mentoring.
