What is the fee for the 2016 Global Forum?
Participation in the 2016 Fortune/Time Global Forum is by invitation only. Registrations are non-transferable. Private sector attendees are asked to pay the regular US $6,500 Global Forum registration fee (the fee may be waived on a case-by-case basis for those who are not able to pay it due to financial constraints, please inquire to explore this option). The registration fee covers the complete program, scheduled meals and conference materials. There is no additional charge for spouses and companions. Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel charges

The 2016 membership fee includes the complete program, activities, scheduled meals, and conference materials for each event. Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel charges. The staff for each event will provide information about accommodations after payment is received.

May I transfer or cancel my registration?
Registration is non-transferable. Since registration is extended to specific individuals and subject to approval, no substitutions are permitted. In addition, because the Forum will sells out, and has an extensive wait list, we cannot guarantee your registration past the payment deadline.

How do I book a hotel room for the Global Forum?
We reserve blocks of rooms at hotels for event participants, but participants are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms. Once your Forum registration has been confirmed and payment has been received, the event’s staff will provide information about accommodations. All reservation and billing questions should be directed to the hotel at which you have booked. If the room block is full, you may contact the hotel(s) directly and request to be added to the waitlist.
